It's been a week and a day since I started the diet. Up until yesterday I did not own a scale. I estimated my weight at the start of it, and if that was correct, then I have lost 6.5 lbs. I took a photo this morning to chronicle the journey via photos. I was inspired via SexySadie who has lost a ton of weight and has the images to prove it!
