It's been about two weeks since I made the decision not to explore teaching at the elementary education level. As that door closed, I was forced to move my "cube" here at work. While I am not afraid of change, I have to say that I do not enjoy change when it is not of my own doing. I want to report that during the big "move" I acted like a two year old and pouted and said how "bitter" I was. Now I am closer to my boss, which is a good and bad thing all the same time.
In addition to this, in the process of exploring the elementary education option, I did have another set of eyes take a look at my resume. This feedback has allowed me to update this document and repost it to the internet. There are many leads in the works currently in the college instruction field, the non-profit world and the for-profit man.
Where will this next leg of my journey take me? Only the big man upstairs knows what's in store. For now, I sit not so quietly or idly and wait for something to happen.
Toodloo for now. SB
