Jondude mentioned in my last post about how much stuff was left behind when we were through with our Vietnam experience.
Below is what became of some of the equipment we left for the South Vietnamese, who lost the conflict, and the items fell into the hands of the North Vietnamese.
They used the stuff till it was beyond repair, then turned much of it into scrap metal, or made monuments or put them on display. Every city and town in Vietnam has a monument it seems.
