So Paulie Walnuts came for a visit and we had a nice, uh,,chat, that's it chat. He thinks the time is right to re-open the diner. I told him good help is hard to find, that Flo and Eddie both got jobs, over at Dennys, and at Cracker Barrel. He said he would have a Chat with them and he was sure they would come back to work at the diner.
Then I told him that I may have competition that a new place opened up in town, he said he would take care of it. What a great guy that Paulie is!
