Everyone know the term "Camera Shy". I think I take it to a whole new level though.

I hate having my picture taken. Why is that? Sure, I am old, fat, and just not interesting. Some guys cut a dashing figure, athletic, talented, etc.

Me? Nothing, Nada, Zip.

Well last weekend, I attended our clubs Toys for Tots fly in. we donate toys for the Toys For Tots charity. I ran the event for the first five years we held it, but this year was the first year that I did not. With my eye, retiring, and buying our retirement home, and moving, I didn't have the time to do it justice.

While at the event my good friend Patrick took some pictures and horror of horrors, he has some of me. So I thought I might as well share.

OK, stop avoiding the camera Patrick says, so, ok here I am.


OK, here is the important pictures, the Marines have landed, and are getting ready to haul away our 22 bikes and toys donated this year.

The past five years I have worked with different Marine's and let me tell you, they are serious about the toys, and the kids that receive them. I am going to try and be involved again next year.
