I did not sleep well last night, so I am really tired tonight. I hate those times when, for no reason, I just can't sleep.

When I don't sleep well, it affects my ability to think. I tried to work some this morning; but I wasn't very effective.

By the way, for those who might be wondering, all my tests came back normal. I had my yearly mammogram, an ultra sound, complete blood work-up and a bone scan. As my oncologist said, "Awesome".

Many doctors consider a cancer victim to be "cured" if he goes cancer free for five years. But, I have an oncologist who believes that a breast cancer victim needs to go ten years. The most likely time for a recurrence is in the third and fourth years, so I breathed a sigh of relief when I got those two years behind me.

On August 15, I will complete my 8th year and begin my 9th with no indication of cancer anywhere.
