I I think I told you we brought back a friend for Lily on our way home from San Antonio. I haven't shared any pictures of him yet though. This is a picture of both of the beauties-not a very good picture but you can see the size of the boy compared to Miss Lily. (See that little thing on the left of her? That Leo...and ignore my toes!)
It's been very interesting watching Lily with this new friend. She was a little diva until we brought him home. I am not kidding when I say it's taken 10 days for her to figure out how to pin him to the ground! He weighs 3 pounds and she weighs 7! There's been more than once though when he grabs her by the chin hairs and just hangs on as she twirls him through the air-growling the whole time! When I get pictures off the digital camera I've got a darling one of them napping together.
He's nothing like her. He's not a biter. Every now and then he likes to nibble on toes but other than that he doesn't chew on us much. She was always nibbling when we brought her home as a puppy. He's very vocal though! Lily would squirm and bite at us when we picked her up and she wanted down. He barks and growls. It's a very humorous bark/growl though-very high pitched. You can tell though it makes him just furious that we can just pick him up and move him whenever we like!
Leo goes for his final shot on Aug. 11. After that we will have both of them fixed. We decided no puppies for us. I think it's a good thing. We would all be very upset if anything happened to either one of them. Plus two inside dogs is more than enough work for me!
