When his wife, Pamela (Jacqueline Pearce), tires of his get-rich-quick schemes and leaves him, crafty opportunist George Lester (Jerry Lewis) sets out to prove his ingenuity by turning her family home into a discotheque in her absence. Upon returning, the irate Pamela threatens to have George jailed unless he restores the house. Needing cash fast, he teams with a friend (Terry-Thomas) to hatch a lucrative plan involving Arabs and a new oil drill.

3 stars. Different kind of Jerry Lewis film. Not his typical extremely silly self. Still lacked something though.
