Fresh from touring with Jennifer Lopez, Jack (Sean Hayes) returns home to find Grace (Debra Messing) newly single and preparing to dive into the dating waters once again. In further Season 7 adventures of the Emmy-winning comedy, Will (Eric McCormack) hooks up with a promising new beau, and Jack lands an unlikely gig as a mogul for a gay TV network. Lily Tomlin and Jeff Goldblum are among the many celebrities making guest appearances.
1. FYI: I Hurt, Too - Jack and Jennifer Lopez return from her summer tour to relax, but a pushy Karen recruits Jack to help her get Lopez's attention for her newly written song, "FYI: I Hurt, Too." Meanwhile, Grace takes out her frustrations over her cheating husband Leo on a beat-up Will. 3.5 stars (Dale-4, David-3)
2. Back Up, Dancer - After Jack is fired as a backup dancer by Jennifer Lopez, she gets him an audition with Janet Jackson for her performance tour. Meanwhile, Will and Grace try to get back to business as usual and mend Grace's broken heart, only to have her come between Will & Vince. 3.5 stars.
3. One Gay At A Time - Free food lures Grace to an AA meeting, where she runs into Val. Meanwhile, Jack starts work as a TV executive at a gay network, something which Will is not aware of when he comes to the network for an appointment so he can give suggestions. 3.63 stars (Dale-3.75, David-3.5)
4. Company - When Will and Grace befriend a new neighbor only to discover he's not the best company to keep. Meanwhile, Jack is having trouble relating to his new co-workers and Karen and Rosario lend some support. 3.38 stars (Dale-3.5, David-3.25)
5. Key Party - A birthday party for Will (who's 40 going on 37) is an uneasy celebration, thanks to a symbolic gift from his new lover that betokens commitment. The strangest present: a nude portrait of Will that's lacking in certain details. 3.63 stars (Dale-3.5, David-3.75)
6. The Newlydreads - Grace and Karen are hired to decorate an apartment of a newlywed couple and they want their place to be all about love. Will Grace and Karen, two newly divorced women, be able to do the task? Meanwhile, a doomed bookstore gets help from Will... sort of. 3.75 stars.
