Pompous Frasier Crane, a successful psychiatrist with a Seattle radio show, returns for another hilarious round of comedy that has him ice fishing with Marty and Niles and taking a girlfriend on an ill-fated trip to Bora Bora.

10. Burying a Grudge - While visiting Maris at the hospital (she's having a face-lift), Frasier finds Martin's old partner, Artie. He convinces Martin, who hasn't spoken with Artie in years, to patch up their differences. 3.5 stars.
11. Seat of Power - Frasier calls in a plumber who just happens to be Danny Kriezel, the bully who terrorized Niles back in high school. 3.5 stars
12. Roz in the Doghouse - Roz accepts an offer from Bulldog to produce his sports show, ignoring Frasier's protests that Bulldog is only trying to seduce Roz. 3.5 stars.

16. The Show Where Sam Shows Up - Frasier's old friend from Boston, Sam Malone, drops in on Frasier with a problem: he was supposed to be married the previous day and couldn't go through with it. 20. Breaking the Ice - Frasier realizes that his father has never told Frasier that he loves him, so Frasier tags along with Niles and Martin on an ice-fishing trip to try to get closer to his father. Niles accidentally drops the car keys into the lake and they have to spend the night there. When Frasier, Niles and Martin are really drunk, Frasier tells his father about his true feelings, hoping that Martin tells Frasier and Niles that he loves them. 3.75 stars.
21. An Affair to Forget - Niles takes up a sword to fence for Maris's honor after a caller to Frasier's show gives Frasier the idea that Maris is having an affair with her fencing instructor. 4 stars.
22. Agents in America, Part III - On Bebe's advice, Frasier stages a "sick-out" to finagle a pay raise. After the station paints over his parking space, cleans out his cubicle and auditions replacements, Frasier demands that Bebe negotiate. Of course with Bebe, negotiations are never simple. 5 stars.
23. The Innkeepers - When Frasier and Niles open their own restaurant, "Les Frères Heureux" (or "The Happy Brothers"), everything that can go wrong does. 4.63 stars (Dale-4.5, David-4.75)
24. Dark Victory - Martin's birthday finds everyone in a bad mood. Daphne and Martin are arguing, Niles loses a patient because of Frasier, etc. A citywide power outage does nothing to soothe jangled nerves.
