A delicious breakfast drink for a summer morning.
Seeds of 1 cantaloupe
3 cups of water
2 cups of cantaloupe flesh
pinch of cinnamon
In a blender at medium, then high speed, blend cantaloupe seeds & water until smooth. Pour through a strainer into a pitcher to separate pulp. Pour liquid back into the blender & blend in cantaloupe & cinnamon until smooth.
3 stars. We originally did this recipe with 1 cup of cantaloupe flesh but it was too watery tasting. The cinnamon we didn't taste until the very end...nice flavor but wish it permeated throughout more.
