$700 billion TARP fund. Boo Hoo Hoo, Sob Sob Sob, the big banks are not using these billions of dollars like they are supposed to. But who said they had to use this money according to any certain predetermined program or policy? Business as usual?And why not? is there any real threat of any real penalties being assessed? Any real meaningful form of oversight? Just ask Chris Dodd in the senate, or barney Frank in the House of Representatives. oh yeah, Barney is working hard to get the second half of this $700B imposed with tighter restrictions - Ha Ha Ha. What good are oversight and restrictions if they are never reviewed and/or enforced? Like Fannie and Freddie a few years ago? yes, the same barney and Chris who refused to allow the anyone in the House and Senate from being able to look into the Federal guarantee loan program improprieties. Give enough money to certain democrat party political campaigns, and you can get away with almost anything. Stick it to the people, the taxpayers, and the Massachusetts morons who keep reelecting the same criminals into the house and Senate over and over.
