Well, I'm weighing in for my first loss - hope, hope - on Saturday. Friday won't work with my current work schedule, so I'm going a day later. I've discovered a few things this week:
1) Bagelful is my friend. Oh, how I love them! I love all flavors and cannot get enough! They are only 4 of those things Weight Watchers doesn't like us to mention. ;) YUM!
2) Corn can be a food group. It's delicious with tons of lime juice, chili powder, and mixed into a mayo and butter combo. It takes VERY little of this tasty mixture to make the best corn ever.
3) It's not hard to eat 5 fruits and veggies a day when you have fruits and veggies IN THE FRIDGE. Who knew?
