Well, my rush to get things done this week worked out pretty well. Thanks to support from my coworkers to get me off the desk and some help from some of our volunteers, my part of the library is all decorated, the handouts are all prepared and printed up, the prizes and registration stuff is all ready, and the summer lists have been reviewed. We are ready for the Summer Reading Program to kick off on Monday.
I am so excited and relieved! I was not sure that I was going to be able to get it done without having to come in on one of my days off, but it worked out just fine. Now, the weekend is mine!
