Here is another email that I received concerning how Martin is doing.
It's me again everyone!
Just a note to keep you all updated on our buddy Martin. I've have just returned from the hospital. I couldn't manage to get to see him yesterday which he was aware of. Today, Saturday,while I was there I managed to visit someone else also. A very dear friend of mine for 30 years I found out was sent there last night. Evidently after making a cross country auto trip covering 5400 miles in 10 days, she came down with a bit of swelling on her leg. She was diagnosed with a clot in her leg due to her consistent driving. She is still undergoing tests. I digress, sorry.
Marty was feeling out of sorts today and experienced a bad night. All is good today however. He is eating, FINALLY, his sandwich was moist and wet.....Hmmmm....... He will be there for a few more days because the doctors there are taking what they call "preventive measures" for any future problems. He is going along with their plans. Well folks, that's all for now.... All have a wonderful weekend....
