I am officially back to work. Today was day 3 (and the second full day), and it has quickly become clear how much I really needed to get some time off. I have been totally productive the last two days. I not only got caught back up, but I also have cleared off a bunch of stuff on my desk.

To make things even better, when the kids started coming into the after-school center yesterday afternoon, I was greeted with, "Yes, Aaron's back!". It really made me feel special to see how excited they were to have me back. It was also really good to see them. Overall, this is the best group of kids I have ever had. Besides the fact that they are really pretty good kids, they are also really nice. I like them. I can talk to them, and I know they talk to me because they like it.

I just feel so ready to face everything at work without feeling overwhelmed or irked. I am glad to be back to work!
