Tomorrow's the Big Day

Here's the menu, not a gourmet's delight, not even something I'm especially proud of. I'm sharing it with you because you're my friends and I know you won't make fun of it.

Celery Sticks
Baked Honey Glazed Ham
Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Baked Stuffing
Gravy/Raisin Sauce
Green Beans
Hot Homemade Rolls with Butter
Frozen Cranberry Fruit Salad
Pumpkin Pie with Whipped Cream

Here is the recipe for the Frozen Fruit Salad. I see that I forgot to put in the mayonnaise or salad dressing when I made it this afternoon. I doubt we'll notice.

Frozen Cranberry Fruit Salad
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 - 2 Tbsp. sugar
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 cup cranberries, chopped
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. confectioners sugar

Soften cream cheese; blend in mayonnaise, sugar; add fruit and nuts. Whip the cream with confectioners sugar and vanilla and fold into the fruit mixture. Pour into large loaf pan and freeze at least 6 hours. Remove from freezer 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

Good luck with whatever you are doing, the most important thing is to enjoy yourself.

YUM!
I have only 1 question. What time do you want me to be there.

11:30. It was. I was grateful that the ham was heated through, but not dried out. The raisin orange juice sauce was really, good, the best part of the meal.
