2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 can cream of chicken or tomato soup
1 can evaporated milk (or half and half, etc.)
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon chopped onion
Corn chips
2 cups grated cheese
Garnish:
Diced tomato
Chopped black olives
Sour cream
Shredded lettuce
Mix first 6 ingredients together and set aside. Line dish with corn chips and pour the ingredients over them. Top with 2 cups grated cheese and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
