2 cups hot salsa 2 cups chicken broth 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can corn 1 can black beans l cup diced chicken. (We decided hamburger might have been better) 1 envelope of taco seasoning mix Granulated garlic and salt to taste Jalapeno slices to taste. I tablespoon dried onions 2 cups grated cheddar cheese Fritos Scoops to serve You could use more chicken but next time I make it, I am going to use about half a pound of browned and drained hamburger. Serve with Frito scoops. I did not add the cheese until I was almost ready to serve it. It makes a lot of soup. It is just as good as the chicken enchilada soup and hits the spot on a cold day although the can of mushroom soup in it kind of baffled me. I always use extra cheese.
