ANSUS monitor , as mentioned in previous post about our two monitors bought at same time and long out of warranty by now . nobody in forums answered my queries about how to fix them , so I contacted ANSUS, found a trouble shooting page on their website but not mentioning my individual problem . To get further info I had to register with them which I did, that gave me a direct line to their support team.
By filling out a form stating my problem , I received thank you note followed with details how to solve it, the first stumped me, MENU on monitor easy to open and small page appears , at top are toolbars and underneath are names of what you can do , it took me a fair while just to operate the top bar side to side, but no way could I get to the up and down movement.
Sent another email asking how to operate page, received answer , just 2 hours later , showing how and my problems were solved once I done that.
Getting service from some I could name is difficult at the best of times , but I dips my lid to ANSUS
