Not much better inside either


Yesterday our airconditioner spat the dummy , repairman charged $162 to come out for repairs , aftert examination told me parts required he didn't carry , one was a new pipe temp gauge, he rang the agents and was told they had the part but it would be advisable to replace a circuit board as well as they work together, if one was out the other would be out as well.
He told me this and said his firm would give me a quote for repair and left, this afternoon got the quote ---$ 635.17-- as a new one would cost $ 1450 I agreed , so until next Monday we will have to rug up well and truly as forecast is 12c for next few days , mid winter we have to expect that .
Bummer bummer bummer
