Here is is framed. Tom Wolfel does a great job. Quarter-sawn white oak, waxed-in color is almost a cherry hue, only darker.

Awake all night. Went to bed @ 11:15 and had severe foot and lower leg cramps. Got out of bed at 2 and have been awake since. It is 10:15.

As I wasn't feeling well and was up all night from foot cramps, I will celebrate Robbie Burns Night tonight. No Haggis, please, just a nice Scottish salmon under the broiler and a few drams of the Uisghe. Slainte!

No cramps last night but my one foot really can still feel the cramp effects, two days later. I doubled up on bananas and potassium pills.

Great frame. Re. cramps, is it sciatica? Pillow between knees while sleeping helps that. Also daily stretches. Lie on floor, lift a leg, hold it for 30 seconds, release. Switch to other leg. I love this stretch. You don't have to push it, even a little helps. You need a trainer. Call me.

No sciatic problems. I have had the cramps all my adult life. If I stand on a ladder even once I will get them. I didn't do that yesterday. Maybe it was all the driving.

Ooooooo, the grain of the wood is like little branches, really complements the painting!
Hope you're feeling better.... Have a couple bananas for those cramps?
