In Long Beach CA a "health food" and vitamin store posted a sign in their windows: BRAIN FOOD INSIDE. I walked in, looked around, and asked the clerk where they put the books.
The Federal Government will charge him with a hate crime and hopefully first degree murder, because that is exactly what it was.
Florida has a notorious conceal and carry law. It is a damned shame how much power the gun lobby has. The perpetrator will be arrested and charged with the crime. He had no business having a gun on him as a volunteer 'security' guard anyway. If the locals and Florida don't charge him the Feds will.
