Google News and BBC America is where I skim news. I subscribe to the local paper to see who broke into whose house and who got busted by the cops or the sheriff for peddling drugs. - oh, and who not to vote for in the next election.
I think most Americans already know that the SS fund is really the debt that the Fed Guv owes. It is nothing new. Perry is right. Pretty observant for a guy who wants to secede from the Union.

I used to love to fly. Than ended a long time ago, when they stopped serving lunch, peanuts or drinks. Then they charged for bags. I would rather take a train or drive than fly. It has become a necessity for long distance and international travel, but I hate the thought of being treated like a wealthy sheep.
NEWSWEEK is a dying magazine. TIME is the best, and is killing NEWSWEEK. Grand Rapids is a great city.
