1 tub ground round
1 tub sage sausage
1 stalk celery, halved down middle and chopped
1/3 chopped yellow onion
1/3 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp horseradish sauce
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheese ( I used a three-cheese mix)
1 Generous shot of Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients with clean hands. Grind everything together well until the loaf sticks together. Place and firmly press into a 3" deep meat loaf or bread baking dish that has been greased. 350F in oven (uncovered) for about 45 - 50 minutes.
I never make this the same way. Last time I chopped some Poblano chili into it.
