Photoshop. The items are in the 'Filter Gallery.' Been doing it for decades. You have to do it in RGB, not CMYK mode.

That is a really great graphic. What a neat idea, too!
How did you go about creating the "pencil-drawing" look from a photo. I was only wondering because I have been trying to figure out how to do that with something else.
