If anyone's curious, the recent blogging spurt is my attempt at staying indoors until the swine flu death angel passes. LOL
We had a great lunch today! We stuffed a roast with garlic and browned it last night and put it in the crock pot with quartered potatoes and sliced carrots and some onion. I got up and made some dinner rolls from scratch and mixed up some honey butter. Add a fat, round glass of iced tea (no sweetener or sugar) to that and you've got yourself a pretty good American Sunday lunch, at least in our tradition.
It's hot this evening and we're just chilling out at the house, enjoying some time off. You should see us, sitting side by side on the couch each with his/her laptop in his/her lap and surfing away. Thus, the odd blog articles which do not require much more thought than that needed to blink one's eyes. I'll do the heavy lifting later. LOL
