Frankly, I wouldn't want to be credited with the creation of Medicare or Social Security. Word on the street is that, as businesses, both have failed miserably, regardless of how satisfied any ONE individual might be with either. Interestingly enough, this particular article seems to have been very fairly and objectively written. Surprise!
