I went to see the doctor today for my monthly check up and I had a bit of a shock, when I first met Adrian I was quite slim and I have noticed over the last 12 months that I have got a bit slower and my varicose veins have been hurting a bit more recently but apart from that I have been feeling fine, well imagine my surprise today when my doctor tells me that my current weight is 289.8 Lbs I nearly fell off the chair and died, where has all the weight come from I don't remember picking it up anywhere it has just creeped up on me all of a sudden, Oh well not to worry she has given me some tablets to reduce my weight hopefully they should get me back to my normal size. The weather here has been really miserable and depressing so we have not been out only in the garden getting it ready for winter, work is its usual boring self I miss the days when you were rushed off your feet with millions of patients instead now we only have 8 patients and none of those really need our care and attention so time goes really slow. University is going well I am coping more with all the classes I'm attending I think I was struggling at first because it has been 9 years since I left school and I have become lazy and began to rely on google for all my information lol oh well only 3 more years to go lol. Knitting is going well I am on track with all my winter and Christmas knitting I'm in the middle of a nice lilac cardigan for my grandmother it is knitted in aran and i might add the pattern to here when I have finished it because it is a really nice simple pattern to knit. Well it is time I got of my fat bum and did some work I got paint to strip in the hallway we are hoping to get some decorating done before Christmas I will keep you all updated on my weight hehehehe take care and talk soon.
