WOOOOOOOOO Stop the Presses......

I have just made a discovery if you want some really cute little bed booties or travel slippers this is perfect.

Nittineedles pattern for the christening gown comes with a pattern for bootees, well after playing around a little today I have discovered that if you knit the exact pattern with chunky wool and start on size 8mm then change to 7mm needles you get a nice adult sized bootee or bed sock and for the cord all I have done is thread a bit of braided wool through the eyelets how cool are these you will look like a right bobby dazzler where ever you choose to wear them. I think these will only be suitable for ladies and teenagers as they are a bit small saying that I am an English size 9 and they fit me. heres a couple of pictures for you to look at.
