What a good idea...a list of happy things might just be what the doctor ordered for this Canadian Girl, too.I think that you're totally allowed to mourn the loss of your marriage to your husband and say good bye to that relationship and the person you used to be...and it's never easy...Don't be so hard on yourself for feeling sad.And p.s. I completely related to this post, Gee (big surprise, eh?!). Nothing worthwhile is easy...just keep reminding yourself that you are not the same woman you were and G is not your ex. You're growing together and that takes time and patience...give yourself plenty of that.
