I made a version of the top recipe using white cake mix. I now use cake mix in a few of the baking recipes that I have evolved.
If I get calls where I do not recognize the calling name or number I just don't pick them up. My phone habits have really changed since the spread of robocalls.

Diagnosed with MDD after I nearly took my own life (Jon writing here, not the cat) I was put on Paxil. I stayed on it until about four years ago when I decided to handle it without the drug. When it kicks me I chew some 90% Cacao dark chocolate and that helps. So does not owning any firearms and cutting way down on drinking.
