When I have issues like this with Mr Don, I offer to wash a load of laundry including what he is wearing, and occasionally throw out the offending garb.... Dementia sucks as bad as arthritis. I cut out all processed meats and Nitrates. It has helped some. Feel better venting??? I usually do :) I get a "Breaking news Alert" from our national tv channel and it makes me crazy!!! Some idiot crashed his forklift in a slow speed chase with the cops, such and such movie made the big win in the awards show, blah blah. THAT makes me nuts! Where is the real NEWS???

I did not watch this year..... Had a lovely day with the house to myself and watched movies and cleaned. Would have rather had some pie!!
So, when do we meet???? I know it is a long drive but I am sure I can get all the cat hair off me before you get here !!
I don't consume anything with any kind of nitrates. It is a Migraine trigger for me...
