I do not believe in snacks for I want them to enjoy the dinner.

I love anise toast!!!! We're having stuffed shells, garlic bread, chianti, I made pumpkin roll because I didn't do it for thanksgiving and my sons love it. Ah, but we also have a panettone! Yum, man ge!!!! Merry Christmas to you and Mike. ENjoy!

Thanks for the invitation. Sorry I won't be able to make it. I'm having Christmas dinner at my house. I'll post the menu later. Yours sounds delicious. I have to disagree with the snacks (hor's d'ourves). I think they enhance the real meal. Remember, NO SCROOGE behavior!

Sounds just wonderful, Fredo. Everyone is going to say they wish they were going to be there, or mail them the dinner or something. Me, too. I love the spumoni with pieces of cherry and pistachio nuts in it, there's a lot of what's just about Neopolitan out there masquerading as spumoni.

Spumoni are limited here mostly for the season.I also like the slices there like an ice cream cake.Will I see you both here.
