Merry Christmas

Well Said.

It appears that the leftist, American media intends to remove the word "Christmas" and the salutation: "Merry Christmas" from the common American lexicon. This is not conjecture. Just look at all the ads!

How many times have you heard the word "Christmas" used? Compare that to the number of times you have heard "happy holidays" used. I've actually heard one commentator flub Merry Christmas by saying "Happy Christmas."

This is a uniquely American season, where Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. It's a serious dedication to the Son of God! In spite of the silly babble one hears from American communists and atheists, America is a Protestant country and always will be. Any and all aliens who wish to become American citizens must assimilate into the American culture and be proud to do so. They have no cause or justification for imposing their culture on America and Americans. Somewhere along the line, this fact has become lost. If they don't like America's culture, they can always leave.

It is a state of mind, not suitable for restrictions. Just say what makes you happy.

This political correct business is stripping us of culture and color.

I am not sure that we can actually claim Christmas as an "American" holiday. I thought everyone who was Christian celebrates it.
In Britain, everyone says Happy Christmas.

I think it's silly to get rid of Merry Christmas. If someone doesn't like it too bad...I think we are way to accommodating at times.

I think "Christmas" is making a come back--seems to be heard and seen more this year than the past couple of years.!
