Last Greeting.

This is my last greeting.
Merry Christmas
Now on with life.
Christmas Eve Day.
I took Mike to see one of the best movies for this year.
"The Fighter"
This is a true story of 2 brothers who aganist all odds came together to train for the historic title.
A big surprises was Christian Bale.
The hop head brother and the transformation on his look.
He had to lose weight for this role and barely noticed that who he was.
This is not the first time that he lost so much weight.
Another movie"The Mechanist"I know that this is not spelled right.
This is a look of the early years of boxer"Irish"Mickey Ward and his brother that train him before he went pro in the eighties.
Amy Adams who plays the girl friend of Mickey.
Melissa Leo the mother.
The casting was great.
We enjoyed this a lot.
They had a good crowd for this one.
Below is a video and to give you an idea of the story.
Mickey Ward is from Lowell,MA.
He is still living there.
enjoy the video.

I don't watch movies (certainly not in theaters), but this one is tempting. I like boxing.

Ooooh, this looks like a good film (movie), I'll watch out for that. It has two of my favourite actors too (I still refer to Mark Warlburg as 'Marky Mark'(without his 'funky bunch)
I am going to re-open my sherry bottle and partake in a quick snifter . . .
Merry Christmas Fredo, Mike and Buffy

It has always been a bit of a 'festive' thing. My mum began it, every year before decorating the 'tree', she would buy a bottle of 'Harvey's Bristol Cream Sherry'! I continued this tradition when I grew up, hence, the aroma of a glass of sherry always, makes me think of Christmas!
