Every or most afternoon around four or so.
We sit out back on the deck and just enjoy our quiet time together.
This is the most satisfy time and nature helps this with our solace.
Noticed how beautiful the landscape from the deck.
We have our afternoon drink and just hold a very nice conversation while doing this.
Almost feel like mediation.
Then Buffy will come out to join us later.


Mike make a small plate of chip ice for him.
He loves this.He just can get enough of this.
Looking at me to get more ice.
We sit out here for hours and then get ready to make dinner.
Yesterday I made Strawberry Walnut bread.
It was okay and not too happy with it but tasteful.
This was the first time that I ever made it.
Made a loaf for the seniors at the club.
For their coffee social.
Labor day is soon approaching and not sure what is the plan.
Mike only has a month or so before retiring from work.
He put in for a couple days there if needed.
We had and still having a spectacular Summer,
The weather has been so great and we enjoy every day of it.
We had our usual storms now and then but no biggie for us at this time.
Now I have to see what to do for Mikes retirement as he want no party or anything.Just wanted to be home and enjoy the homestead.
Well will see as I do have something cooking here.
