my daughter goes to the 'free' clinic for hers. she pays a nominal charge for her pills there. when I was getting a prescription for sleeping pills, my doc had to fill out this form for the insurance company saying I needed them long term. what right does an insurance company have to override what the doctor says??

there is nothing like knee pain in my opinion! I might have to get mine checked out, they have been paining me lately. I hate doctors, and big needles!

thats going to be a big dinner party, I think I would have to hide. I was having a problem with one of my kicks in TKD, I was not pivoting right and it was causing my knee to hurt after every class. I sought out the instructor after class, he showed me the proper way to do the kick and also recommended some exercises to help my knee.
