I have a new friend at walmart, the shoe dept manager. He is from south florida also and is not liking our super cold weather. He was saying that in January florida has about a week of 50 degree weather and then it warms up again. I thought of you immediately! bundle up and stay warm
it sounds like you are really seeing the improvements now Martin. I am so happy to hear the panic attacks are lessening too. and if you are doing well without taking the lexapro it makes sense to ask your doc before starting. so glad to hear all of this!

that is so nice your friend stopped by! I know it was a welcome relief to just talk to someone who understands. 
first big hugs for you, you need them! it is so hard to make that first step in getting counseling. I guess because we think we just need to deal with everything on our own with no outside help. and again with G offering his help and you not accepting. I was so like that too! and it was very hard for me to relinquish some control to let others help out. keeping you and yours in my prayers.
