Mike M handled this very well. The rumor story is unthinkable, so I thought only about the (worse) story that Sarah P herself told, about labor starting -- so she hops on a plane for hours upon hours, then long car travel before finally going into a hospital way out in the country. And my reaction is: Boy, for someone who's against abortion, she did the next best thing, didn't she? Her idiocy is so stark and amazing that maybe I could consider her being capable of the rumor story too, if only the timing lined up. Apparently her daughter wouldn't have time to have that baby and then be five months along already.
