When republicans rule, business gets sloppy, unorganized and typically bad at retaining paperwork. Check this Video out from CNN Money...
Because it is a court issue, the court legally cannot foreclose unless they can fork up the paperwork, the note. Instead, they may demand the bank to renegotiate the loan instead. in 40% of the cases so far, they haven't been able to do so.
By the way, it has gotten so bad that apparently people have resorted to stealing manhole covers. Yea, you heard that right...Manhole covers. You think that will change under McSame?
