Picture Test

I just used the standard Editor.

I am not sure what the problem is? Every-time I try an upload a picture, it works. I am logged in as a typical user (not admin)

Hi Eddie. I sent a friend of mine an invitation, from my blog page, to join MyBloggers but the link she gets is the same one that tells people they must be invited by a member, due to spammers, should they try to join on their own. I will PM her e-mail address to you.

I haven't been able to post pictures for two days. When I click on UPLOAD I get a message telling me the URL is wrong or doesn't exist. Can you help me?

All I can see on the PC different from the Mac is the picture upload page just completely hides behind the main page when I click on the Upload icon, it looks like nothing happened when I clicked - so I have to know to look behind my active window for it. On the Mac, the photo upload page opens in front of the main MyBloggers window, so it's more intuitive. I suppose I could do another tutorial: how to post pictures on MyBloggers using the Advanced Editor, but I deleted my screen shots from that previous one, and don't have the energy right now.

I just now went into the Advanced Editor, which I never use, to see if I could replicate the problem. Uploaded a picture, saved the post. Looked at it, and the raw code for the picture was displayed, not the picture itself. Went into Edit mode (in the User screen), cut and pasted the code back into the text, saved it, and the picture showed up. All this BECAUSE I didn't read the directions and use the Paste as Plain Text box. When I pasted the raw code into that box and clicked the Insert button, the picture showed right up. This was on a Mac. I'll go over to my PC (FireFox) and see what happens over there.

I stopped putting up pictures directly because I never was able to--I post them on that other site and the c & p to here.
