Won't matter after Tuesday. Obama is going to be a lame duck. It probably will not stop him from, and will probably encourage him to do more socialist and unconstitutional things in desperation. But this country will survive his 4 years.
I would agree that mandatory voting is insane. Pretty much mandatory anything is insane in the US.

I am contemplating redoing the entire mybloggers system to make things better and to promote more growth. But I can tell you that these are the most popular based on the current day's visitors. The date the person last posted is not relevant.
If a user posted an article from a year ago (for example) that Google picked up in its search engine and a lot of people come in from Google to that page, then that blog will become popular. This is why the Popular Blogs Today list does not really change.
