I know....wasn't this just the most awful thing? I've been watching coverage of the story (hated a lot of the commentary) and I think the whole thing is such a mess. Those poor people.
Oh, my...I thought I had heard all of the silliest hair-brained excuses already, but now here's another one to add to the list!
Thanks for the email on this, it does sound pretty good. I think I might enjoy seeing it on DVD someday.
Anything to make it easier and faster...as long as the holder keeps close track of what's being spent so to avoid embarrassment if the money should run out and the card is rejected at some point. I think our debit cards are pretty much the same, maybe with a little less diversity. I do like the ease of it all.
Some more good news and positive news from you. You always give me news like this to read and it makes me feel good...oh, and feel good about you, too! It's always nice to read a post and find myself with a smile on my face.
Very cute and fun!
Yikes, Ike! A lot of people ended up not liking Ike, that's for sure. I know some who are still making repairs and trying to get everything back to normal after Ike...what a mess it caused.
Hope you're feeling better, Martin. I am trying to read all your news as it comes in, and then I go back in time to read posts and emails that I have missed, so I'm flip-flopping with your medical updates, if you know what I mean.
Loved the pics. Buddy is really something...a traveling cat, who would believe it? And, those corgis...I think it's an awful cute breed so, of course, I think they're adorable.
Oh, my...that IS funny!
Glad to hear you are able to shower again, in spite of the flaws of products and the inferiority of what is coming out of China.
What a mess!
Hmmmmm, that's not the right attitude! Heck, I'm proud of the fact that I have a friend that's running for something and I believe he deserves to win!
I'd like one of your signs after the election is over. Like a souvenir...I can say I knew an election candidate, a real friend.
I have a comment, as you can expect, and it isn't very nice, as you can expect. I wonder if the ruling would have been the same if the child did not have some problem, some disability....because it seems that the disabilities of youth are the real catalyst here (and even in the cases of fostering but no allowable adopting cases). Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr....I get mad about things here in RI, but I can't get over something like this in FL. It's so unfair, so unkind, so insensitive, so discriminatory, and so out-dated! And, do you know what? There's absolutely no excuse for it! I think it's great that a decision and a report like this exists, but there shouldn't even have to be this sort of thing "decided" anymore. I want to see all those "more righteous than thou" people adopt and love and care for every single child that needs and wants a home that so many gay people are willing to adopt but others don't and won't!
