Dining Out #1 was breakfast with Mom. We were enjoying a Girls Day Out by going out for breakfast and then an afternoon of shopping. We went to a breakfast joint in Warren that was originally an A&W many, many years ago.

Scrambled eggs, home fries, raisin toast & coffee

Mom's as happy as I am and ready to go shopping.
Dining Out #2 was a Wednesday fish & chips night. Restaurants around here feature this meal as specials on Wednesdays and Fridays all year 'round. This is a place call the Topside Restaurant & Lounge and it's located here in Bristol, overlooking the harbor and sitting right by the East Bay Bike Path. Dining is either in the indoor restaurant, at the bar, out on the upper or lower back decks, or on the sandy "beach" dining area on the ground level near the decks.

I'm anticipating a heartyy serving of "never mybloggers" fish & chips.

Here's mine!

Dining Out #3 was a Tuesday night dinner at the home of our new friends, Colleen and Kath. "Come on over", they said, and that's all the invitation we needed. It was a nice meal of tortilla chips with a variety of salsas for an appetizer, delicious chicken fajitas and Corona beer for the main course, and then, after some time of sitting out in the yard, strawberry shortcake for dessert.

Kath contemplating something with that can of whipped cream while Colleen is absorbed in eating her dessert.
