Happy Friday Randy!! Yes, a family heirloom is priceless....I mean after 20 years what did she think,that you forgot she took it??!! I'm impressed as I am not sociable at this point in my life with my ex. I have always admired others WHO have a decent relationship with their ex and new spouse!!! Alrighty Randy, you enjoy all of the celebrating and good company, good food and of course good wine with your family!! My Mom will turn 80 on her next birthday, my Nana lived to be 96, so who knows she may have a "miraculous" recovery??!!! Barb
Good One Jon!!! If I haven't deleted an email, I will send it to you, about"Why We Love Kids" it is HYSTERICAL!!!!! Of course as we know, kids say the darnedest things!! I'm in Laguna Beach right now at my little sister's home and laying by the pool reading makes me feel like I'm in some exotic locale!! I'll be back in Butte County in a week or so.
Very interesting use of language here. I quit smoking when I was training at the Fire Fighting Academy in 1981 as running 5 miles and 100's of stairs every morning was MORE important to me. I agree with you Steve about growing crops that could FEED people....not kill them and their loved ones. I have to mention "ADDICTION" here...we are humans after all with serious addictions to many substances in our world!!
What no persimmons or cabbage??!! Glad to hear your having such a wonderful family celebration this weekend!! My b-i-l surgery ended up being 9 hours...he is in ICU for a few days so he is getting excellent care at Saint Joseph's in Burbank!! Interesting being in a very Catholic hospital all day yesterday!!! Anyhow, My Mom sees her cardiologist again on Friday, so I will head over to Simi Valley soon. Be well, and enjoy all of your family !!
