I made the mistake of falling for one of my youngest daughters tricks. She says " hey, can you do this?"
put your hand palms together with your middle finger bent at the first knuckle and the other fingers straight with tips touching. Now move your thumbs apart - back and forth, do the same next with the pinky, then the index finger. Easy.
Now try to move the fourth finger the same way and make sure you keep your middle fingers bent and touching from the first knuckle to the tip. It is hard to move that finger for some reason but I kept trying until I felt a sharp pain and cramp. That was yesterday and the pain is down the back of the hand along that finger and in front at the wrist.
No knitting for a few days :-(
typing with one hand. Luckily it is my right hand and I am left handed.
Is your hand feeling better?
