I've had many "rides" to hospital and this article struck a point with me. When I was 16 (I used to race motocross) I went into the emergency room in Flint Michigan. I was racing, I was 15 feet in the air (off a jump) and the dirtbike landed on top of me (I have a hospital pic on my blog).. anyway, I was near death. I was spitting out teeth.. rocks shoved into my face.. I was messed up. Now the nurses asked me how I felt. I was like.. I don't feel too bad. In reality, I was in a "state of shock". The hospitals in Flint Michigan could get overwhelmed at that time. The "un-trained" nurses couldn't see I was really hurt. I had to wait.. in the emergency room... 24 hours before a doctor seen me. When one did... they were like... he is dying.. I was immediately put in surgery, My body was "opened up",, and I spent 12 hours on the table while doctors tried to save me. They did, and saved my spleen "Despite many problems. I spent months in a neck brace... couldn't move.. and lost so much weight, I had to "re-learn" to walk...

I am so glad your "ok".. but what striked me about your article.. is that not all "hospital peeps" have the best training".. nor do we as people. Hell, I didn't know I was hurt.. I would have never made it to ER if I didn't spit some "teeth" in moms lap".. lol. I'd be dead if I never went to mom.. cause I really thought I was ok...

Anyway... take care man... glad you OK!

Point well taken.. but, well.. I think they need a little "time" to ease into knowing me... I think I am a decent guy, but some of my ways take some "knowing me"... next year maybe

Limits I guess are in order... Our kids are "limited" and banned when they don't do what they are told (or have bad grades). I honestly think alot of computer time makes "anyone" more perceptive (simply browsing even), but they still need to be on "task" at school.. and do more then just computers.

They are all the same...but in differrent ways.... (Wife, girlfriend, cat, dog, kids)...

Your Dog will lick you wherever you want. Your girl friend may before she becomes your wife. Then she won't. Your girlfriend will want you to cuddle and rub, like your dog.. but when she becomes your wife, she will "expect you to try"... then become a cat.. leave when she wants.. Your "dog" will always be happy to see you. Your cat, girlfriend, and kids won't. Unless you have something really cool to give them.. Usually, kids, wives, become really nice around payday. Your girlfriend always tries to be nice.. until she can become a wife. Your dog is always ready to lick your balls, because he is your "real friend"... but you are kinda "grossed" out cause he drinks toilet water. Your cat knows he needs to get on the "wife's" good side.. to get rid of that stupid dog, and eventually you. So the cat will "snuggle and cuddle" with your wife... even girlfriend. Because the cat knows... once you are gone, and the dog.. it is the "head of the household". Now the kids see how much control this cat has... they see the dog and dad are just blind followers of the wife/girlfriend. So they work on the cat.. they "pull it's tail", and do whatever they can to make it run away...

Point is.... in a "household", everyone has an agenda... and not always good. But yet.. we all still crave these households.. even though we know they don't work! LOL...

I think you was a little "harsh" on poor old "Santa"... I mean, this dude does everything for everyone. Did you "sit on his lap", and try talk this out? I think that's all he really wants

Having a "Budweiser" night myself. Lately I've been drinking "Natural Ice" (cheaper, but higher alcohol content. Budweiser (although weaker).. is still my favorite. Cost's almost twice of Natural Ice (and made by the same company). Had a good day at the show.. so I "treated meself" :)

So have fun sweetie... I'll have a drink in your honor!

Wow... never tried that one. My dad was a coach to swimming coaches, plus lived on a lake. So I grew up "snorkling, swimming, scuba diving" etc.. And I live in "Michigan"... Wonder why dad never taught me that?

Yeah..., well just the other day.. I pulled up beside some 80 (sumptin) year old man. We were driving down the highway. He was doing like 40, in a 55.. when everyone else was doing 75-85.. kinda pissed me off.

So I yell out my window... "Get off the fluccking road you prick... your gonna get someone "Killed"... He yelled back "What??". I yelled back.. "what are you deaf too?".. Speed up or get off the road"... Once again... (he puts his hand up by his ear) and yells back "What"!! So I flip him off... certainly he knew what that meant... he did, he yelled back "punk kids today"!!!

And this is the "bigger problem"... it's the "road rage" these older people have when being told what to do. So I just sped up, and got the hell outta there.....

That sounds so "awesome" Mary! I am so happy for you!

Things are going good here also. Don't tell "Roxi" yet, but I plan on hiring a "maid"! Yep.. will help her alot. No more cleaning for her. I figure.. "maids" aged 20-25" will be cheap. I just gotta get on eBay.. and order the "outfit". Not sure on the cost yet, but I know those outfits must be "cheap".. hell.. not alot of fabric in them.. Anyway.. Roxi should love this Christmas!! gary

The gas tanks (that I will put stickers on) will most likely be "black" (at first).. so I choose lighter colors on the image to make it stand out.
