Hey all in mybloggersland. Another day has blessed us with its presence. I awake to the snow covered country landscape, pretty much unscathed by last night's fun. But I won't say completely, though...lol.
I didn't really sleep too well, but I know there were a few reasons for that. Honestly, it didn't help that most of the animals bunked with me in a twin bed. The bigger dog can take up a bit of room. I just curled myself around them.
It looks like we got more snow after I shoveled a path to the van, and then more was waiting when we got home. We may even have had a little bit more since then, and now just little flakes are falling.
I got to get the girl from her friend's house as she spent the night there last night. It'll be nice to get out of the house again.
My mood hasn't really changed all that much since earlier today, but I am just thinking about ways I can turn things around. Life would be so much easier if there were a playbook or something. All kinds of answers at your fingertips so you can avoid making mistakes or gaffs that come back to bite ya later.
Ha ha. Like we don't have enough snow already. Just something you get used to in Michigan. You know, you never hear people talk about wanting to retire here, or in the North.
The view is actually quite pretty. When I can find the USB cord to my camera I'll put on some pictures.
I do feel at peace this morning, somehow. I can't really explain it, but I sort of like it. I want to feel this way the rest of the day. Hopefully it stays.
Gee, the phone is ringing and that's probably for me. Yep, it is my daughter. I guess I will finish this post and wish you a good Sunday.
