Last week was about the Democrats, and this week was supposed to be about the Republicans. At this point in time, it doesn't really matter what party you are because Americans should be united in their thoughts and prayers for those that reside in the South. Isn't this the message we want to send to the rest of the world? May God bless America!

Not much most of us can do... McCain, Obama, and Biden, as senators may have some influence when it comes to reconstruction, but the rest of us are basically powerless over Mother Nature.

That is basically what McCain said in his interview yesterday. He and Palin went down to Mississippi. He said this isn't about Democrats or Republicans it is about Americans helping Americans.
